Il tema erano i&lt;a href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finger_food"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; Finger food&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; ( a quanto pare la mania del momento!). Le ricette non erano le stesse della lezione con lo chef M. Pinto, dato che questi corsi si svolgono in varie città, e le ricette sono dappertutto le stesse.
